AI responsible-use guidelines for institutions

Goal

Practical guidance for using BoodleBox responsibly across your institution.

Verify, don't trust

AI can be confidently wrong. BoodleBox is built for cross-checking — bring multiple models into one chat so one can review another's answer (see How to use more than one AI in the same chat and Understanding model limitations and hallucinations). Coach Mode reinforces critical evaluation as people work.

Control what your community can use

Protect data by design

BoodleBox anonymizes prompts, encrypts files, contractually prohibits providers from training on your data, and holds FERPA, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, HECVAT, VPAT, and TX-RAMP (see How BoodleBox handles student data (FERPA overview)).

Encourage AI literacy

Lean on Coach Mode and multi-model comparison so your community learns why one model fits a task better than another — not just how to get an answer.
