Requesting account data deletion

Goal

Understand how to have your BoodleBox account data deleted.

How to request deletion

Data deletion is handled by the team — there's no self-serve control, so you request it by email:

1. Submit a request through our contact form (or email compliance@boodle.ai for data-privacy specifics) from the email address on the account, and state that you'd like your account data deleted.

2. Include the account email and, if applicable, the institution so the right account is found.

3. The team confirms the request and processes the deletion.

What happens to your data

• Your content is removed from your BoodleBox account.

• Prompts previously sent to AI providers are not retained by those providers beyond 30 days (see Understanding data retention policies).

• BoodleBox stores only what's necessary under its data minimization policy.

Note for institutional accounts

If your account is part of an institution's team, some records may be governed by the institution's agreement with BoodleBox. The team will let you know if your institution needs to be involved.
